Keyword intent & clustering

Paste up to 2,000 keywords. Get them grouped into page topics with search intent labels (local, transactional, commercial, informational, brand). Download as CSV.

How clustering works here

Each keyword is reduced to its meaningful words (dropping words like "best", "near me", "price" and your city), then grouped with other keywords that share at least 60% of those words. Each cluster is one page topic. The shortest keyword in a cluster is usually the best page name.

Search intent labels

  • Local: "near me", your city, "open now". Needs a location page and a Business Profile.
  • Transactional: price, buy, book, cost. Needs a service or product page.
  • Commercial: best, top, reviews, vs. Needs a comparison page.
  • Informational: how, what, why. Needs a guide or answer.
  • Brand: your business name. Needs an accurate About and reviews.

When to split a cluster

If two keywords would be best answered by different pages (different result types in Google), split them even if they share words. "Dental implant cost" and "how long do implants last" share a topic but one wants prices and the other wants an explanation.
