Refund policy

Paid plans are not yet on sale. When they launch, these terms apply.

Cancel any time

Cancel from your account. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: if you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded.
• Yearly plans: full refund within 14 days of purchase; after that, no refunds for the remaining period.
• We refund to the original payment method in the currency you paid. Exchange-rate differences and bank fees are outside our control.
• Where local consumer law gives you more rights, those rights apply.

Duplicate or failed charges

Report them within 60 days through the contact form and we'll correct them.
